"Sometimes the bravest & most important thing you can do is just show up."
Dr. Brene Brown wrote the line above and I believe it wholeheartedly. It can be hard to take the first step, especially when you're not in a great headspace. The good news is that therapy is a process and there's no perfect starting place or ending. Just start somewhere and I'll meet you there.
After working in community- and school-based mental health for over a decade, I started a private practice to pursue my passion of working with adults with ADHD. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health (PSI), couples work (Gottman), and the Fair Play method. I particularly enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals and couples, exploring interpersonal relationship dynamics, family-of-origin issues, and the joys and challenges of partnering and parenting.
I value authenticity and vulnerability, and strive to create an emotionally safe space where my clients feel comfortable and can be their true selves. Wherever you are in your journey, you're welcome here.
